The services provided by VBK | AVG | KVV are part of public services and we are aware of our great responsibility for a functioning local public transport system and thus the future viability of our region. The administration of our companies is therefore not only concerned with day-to-day business, but must also always think far ahead, recognise the possible future mobility needs of people in the KVV area, pursue innovative paths and involve various stakeholders in an efficient and transparent manner. At the same time, we always want to provide the public with the best possible information.
Current vacancies
Our numbers experts have an eye on everything. The costs for maintenance and new construction of our infrastructure, the financial requirements for the purchase of new vehicles, funding applications for important public transport projects, regular reports and forecasts to our management and public transport authorities or the current annual financial statements. Our colleagues in the finance, controlling, tax and accounting departments are responsible for ensuring that everything is in order.
We want our passengers, business partners and the public to be well informed at all times. Our marketing, press and public relations team makes sure of this. Good communication is the be-all and end-all and takes place via various channels, such as our websites kvv.de, avg.info or vbk.infobut also via newsletters, brochures, our social media profiles or with our Eventmobile at events. The KVV Experience World in the customer centre on Durlacher Allee provides a further multimedia insight into the whole world of local public transport in our region.
Our customer service staff are personally available at three service locations in Karlsruhe and Ettlingen to deal with our passengers' concerns. Our hotlines also help wherever possible. Lost items, requests, suggestions and even criticism - the team takes care of it. In sales, too, it is important to always be close to our customers. New ticket models and app solutions, for example, are developed and tested here and then introduced to users.
Our headquarters are located on Tullastraße / Durlacher Allee (TuDu).
